DeMary Memorial Library provides free computer and WiFi access, weekly programs for children and teens, and a meeting room for private or small group needs. Library cards provide access to over 1000 DVDs and thousands of books. Library cards are pre-paid by property taxes for all Rupert city residents, and available for purchase to non-city residents.
