Carma has lived in Rupert many years. She graduated from Minidoka County High School and attended Idaho State University. She has worked in several of the Rupert area businesses. She started working for the City of Rupert in 1999. She likes people and has enjoyed working for the City. She has raised three children in Rupert and thinks it is a very good place for family life.
