CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS Mayor Paul Fries, City Councilmen, Superintendant Dennis Andrew, City Clerk Carma Maxey, and Department Managers meet upstairs in the Rupert City Hall council chambers for the city council meetings addressing updates and plans of Rupert. Council Meetings are at 7:00pm, every second and fourth Tuesday of the month. The entire public is welcome to listen in on factors and issues of the city, budgets for the fiscal year, awards, and recognitions. The next scheduled council meeting wil be August 10, 2010.
