The City of
Rupert Urban Renewal Agency was created by
Resolution on November 7, 2006.
The purpose of the City of
Rupert Urban Renewal Agency is to plan and carry out
remediation projects to reduce and prevent deterioration within the
boundaries of the City of Rupert as declared by the Rupert City Council, consistent
with the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Rupert.
Remediation plans shall protect the public health, safety, morals
and welfare of the residents of the City of
Rupert.
The Agency will exercise its power and authority in accordance
with Chapters 20 and 29, Title 50, Idaho Code.
